How we deliver
We have a number of delivery methods available across the UK to get your food to you in an efficient way that suits you:
Local delivery within Manchester (drop-off)
For your convenience, we deliver across all areas in Manchester and Greater Manchester. Once your order has been placed, we will confirm delivery timings with you. Please note that this is subject to availability.
Pickup or collection
Pickup is available from our Manchester Kitchen located in Salford (M7). We’re located just about 1.5 miles outside the city centre. Full address of the pickup location will be provided closer to your collection time.
Postage
- We have multiple postage options available. We primarily use Royal Mail and the available options will be displayed during your checkout journey.
- To ensure a smooth delivery process and limit delays please provide a UK-based mobile number of a point of contact for delivery. If your address is tricky to find, please provide us with accurate delivery addresses, notes and/or instructions to make your delivery efficient.
- We make your items fresh and aim to deliver them usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
Important note
Please be aware that there is no postal delivery available on Sundays and Mondays. If you require delivery on either of these days, please get in touch with us to see what can be arranged.
