1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, placing orders, or engaging with us or our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Services
2.1 All product descriptions, including ingredients, allergen information, and pricing, are subject to change without notice.
2.2 We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Due to the nature of our products, it’s impossible to guarantee that anything will ever look or taste exactly the same.
2.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2.4 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
2.5 Please note that some of the ingredients we use are seasonal and subject to availability and substitutions. We may also face supplier issues at times, so we cannot guarantee each and every product. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Please refer to our menus on the website as a guide on what you can expect.
2.6 Once products are received, it is the responsibility of the client to comply with UK food standards. The majority of our products are designed to be consumed the same day.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the client agrees to dispose of any food that has not been handled in compliance with UK food standards. Atisay will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food stored and consumed improperly.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
3.2 We accept payment via card, cash and account transfer.
4. Delivery and Collection
4.1 Delivery is available within England and is subject to our delivery fees and minimum order requirements.
4.2 We aim to deliver within the timeframe specified at checkout, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.3 Collection is available from our kitchen during specific timing which must be agreed and confirmed by us during your order process.
5. Allergen Information
5.1 All our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to celery, cereals containing gluten, milk, soybean, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, seafood, sesame, crustaceans, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Small children may choke on nuts. Due to being produced in a kitchen that handles the above-named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
5.2 The wellbeing of our clients is very important to us so we would rather be safe than sorry. Unfortunately, for now, we’re unable to offer any allergen-free products. We cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from any allergen.
5.3 It is your responsibility to check allergen information before placing an order if you have food allergies or sensitivities.
5.4 It is also the responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure that everyone at your party or event consuming our products has been informed that they are not allergen-free.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Due to the fresh nature of our products, we’re unable to accept the returns of perishable goods. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery, please notify us within one hour of the product being delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7.3 Unless our clients explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.

8.1 Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
9.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to such claim.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Atisay will not be liable for failures or delays in performing its obligations hereunder arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, lockouts or labour disputes, epidemics, governmental restrictions, wars, terrorist acts, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons, floods and breakdowns in electronic and computer information and communications systems.

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
12.2 Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Birthday Giveaway Terms
We want your birthday to feel special! Please take a moment to read the following terms, which explain how our Birthday Giveaway works.
1. Eligibility
- By entering this giveaway, you will automatically be enrolled as a member of the Atisay Amplified Rewards Program.
- The giveaway is only available within the UK.
- Each member may claim one birthday giveaway per calendar year.
- Giveaways are valid while stocks last.
- IDs with date of birth will be required during collection and only the person named on the ID can collect
2. Redeeming your birthday giveaway
- Atisay will select a collection date for each month, and your gift must be collected on that day.
- The birthday giveaway applies only to selected products and is subject to availability.
- The giveaway is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
3. Using and updating your account
- Please ensure your account details (including your date of birth) are correct before redeeming your Birthday Giveaway.
- By providing your date of birth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive birthday and promotional notifications from Atisay.
4. Unauthorised use
- If you believe someone else has accessed your Atisay Amplified account without permission, let us know immediately. Unauthorised use may affect your eligibility for the giveaway.
5. Expiry, cancellation & amendments
- Atisay may amend, suspend, or cancel the birthday giveaway (and these Terms) at any time, without prior notice.
- If your claim cannot be fulfilled due to cancellation, refusal, or withdrawal of the offer, Atisay will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
6. Verification & exclusions
- Atisay reserves the right to verify the identity of any member claiming a birthday giveaway.
- We may refuse to award a giveaway if we reasonably believe a member is in breach of these terms.
- Atisay’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. We are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incorrectly supplied information that prevents successful collection of your giveaway.
