Although we recommend eating the cookies on the day they arrive, they will stay fresh for up to 7 days in their original packaging. We don’t use preservatives in our cookies. Each cookie is individually wrapped for extra freshness in our biodegradable cello bags. Just keep them in the original packaging and store in a cool, dry, and unrefrigerated spot.

How to store for longer

Not indulging right away? Please freeze the cookies as soon as you’ve received them. They will last up to 2 months in the freezer.

Just remove them from the gift box and freeze them in their individually sealed cello bags. Please DO NOT store your cookies in the fridge.

Once you’re ready to enjoy them, simply remove them from the cellophane and follow the heating instructions. There’s no need to defrost first.
